Davie Jones and the Manish Boys performed at the Willow Rooms on Willow Street in Romford, Essex, on Friday 25 September 1964.
This was an eventful day for the group. Prior to the show they had a meeting with Decca Records’ A&R man Mike Smith, which resulted in a recording session on 6 October.
