David Bowie gave an interview to the BBC’s Radio One Club on 25 September 1969.
The interviewer was the corporation’s presenter Keith Skues.
In the evening Bowie presented a meeting about the dangers of drugs, held at Bromley Centre of Music and Arts (later Ripley Arts Centre).
