Recording: The Man Who Sold The World

The second recording session for David Bowie’s third album The Man Who Sold The World took place on 21 April 1970.

The session began at 11pm and ended at 5am the following morning. It took place at London’s Trident Studios, with Tony Visconti producing and playing bass guitar.
