8 February 1971 was a busy day for David Bowie. In the morning he was driven to Milwaukee with Mercury Records’ Ron Oberman.
He was there as part of a trip to promote The Man Who Sold The World. Bowie’s US trip began on 23 January and ended on 18 February.
Having completed his promotional duties in Milwaukee, Bowie flew from General Mitchell International Airport to Hill-Miller Municipal Airport in Atlanta, Texas.
