David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust Tour stopped at Wallington Public Hall on 24 February 1972.
Despite being close to Bowie’s home town Beckenham, the venue was only half full. Bowie’s star may have been rising, but he was yet to attain the superstar status he would enjoy later in the year.
