Live: Playhouse, Harlow

Following a four-week break, David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust Tour resumed on Thursday 20 April 1972 with a show at Harlow’s Playhouse.

The Spiders From Mars were joined for this show by pianist Matthew Fisher. Tickets cost 30p, 60p, and 75p.

  1. My 1st real Rock show. I remember it was VERY loud. Mick Ronson playing great guitar. Bowie running into the audience. The seating was stage level, going up in incline as per arenas
    I went on to work in the industry as Production/Tour manager thru the 80’s – 90’s mostly USA.
