David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars performed two shows at Newcastle’s City Hall on 8 June 1973.
It was the 132nd date of the Ziggy Stardust Tour, which had begun on 29 January 1972.
Bowie had performed at City Hall with the Manish Boys on 5 December 1964. The Ziggy tour also called there on 2 June 1972, and 7 January and 30 June 1973.
He performed there again with Iggy Pop on 2 March 1977, and on the Isolar II Tour on 14, 15, and 16 June 1978.
