David Bowie saw a performance by The Rolling Stones at Newcastle’s City Hall on 13 September 1973.
It was less than a week since Bowie had seen them play in London.
Following the Newcastle show Bowie and the Stooges’ Scott Richardson were taken to a casino by Mick and Bianca Jagger.
