David Bowie performed at Munich’s Olympiahalle on 7 April 1976, as part of the Isolar Tour.
It was the 41st date of the tour, which began on 2 February in Vancouver, and also the first show of the European leg of the tour.
His guitarists were Carlos Alomar and Stacy Heydon. Tony Kaye was on keyboards, George Murray was on bass guitar, and Dennis Davis was on drums.
Bowie returned to the Olympiahalle on 20 May 1978 during the Isolar II Tour, 21 and 22 May 1983 for the Serious Moonlight Tour, and 10 April 1990 for the Sound+Vision Tour. His final shows there were on 29 September 2002 for the Heathen Tour, and 27 October 2003 during A Reality Tour.
