Iggy Pop performed at the Masonic Temple in Detroit on 26 March 1977.
It was the 16th date of The Idiot Tour, in which David Bowie played keyboards. The other band members were Ricky Gardiner on guitar, Tony Sales on bass guitar, and Hunt Sales on drums.
They had also performed there the previous evening. The tour opened in Aylesbury on 1 March 1977. Blondie was the support act for the North American shows.
Bowie had performed at the Masonic Temple on 1 and 2 March 1973, during the Ziggy Stardust Tour.
