David Bowie kicked off the Sound+Vision Tour with a performance at the Colisée de Québec in Quebec City, Canada, on 4 March 1990.
His guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
Bowie had previously performed at the Colisée de Québec on 11 July 1983 during the Serious Moonlight Tour. He returned for a final time on 4 April 2004 for A Reality Tour.
