David Bowie performed at the Docklands Arena in London, England, on 28 March 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 14th date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City, and the last of three consecutive nights at the arena.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
