David Bowie performed at the Rotterdam Ahoy in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on 30 March 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 15th date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
Bowie had previously performed at the Rotterdam Ahoy on 13 and 14 May 1976 during the Isolar Tour, and 7, 8, and 9 June 1978 for the Isolar II Tour.
He returned to the venue on 16 July 1996 for the Outside Tour, and 15 October 2003 for A Reality Tour.
