David Bowie performed at the Westfalenhallen in Dortmund, Germany, on 22 April 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 28th date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City. The Dortmund show was rescheduled from 1 April.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
Bowie returned to the Westfalenhallen on 30 January 1996 during the Outside Tour, and 13 June 1997 for the Earthling Tour.
