David Bowie performed at the Civic Center in Hartford, Connecticut, on 23 July 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 75th date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
Bowie had previously performed at the venue on 15 and 16 July 1983 during the Serious Moonlight Tour, and 25 September 1987 for the Glass Spider Tour.
