David Bowie performed at the Exhibition & Congress Centre in Maastricht, the Netherlands, on 18 August 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 86th date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
