David Bowie performed at the Rock in Chile Festival in Santiago, Chile, on 27 September 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
The festival took place at the Estadio Nacional. Bowie returned to the venue on 5 November 1997 during the Earthling Tour.
This was the 106th and penultimate date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
