David Bowie and his band rehearsed on 12 September 1995, ahead of the Outside Tour.
The three days of rehearsals took place at the Meadows Music Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut, where the tour opened on 14 September.
Bowie’s guitarists were Carlos Alomar and Reeves Gabrels. Mike Garson played piano and keyboards, Gail Ann Dorsey was on bass guitar, and Zack Alford was on drums. Peter Schwartz played synthesizer, and George Simms was on backing vocals and keyboards.
