David Bowie performed at Achiel Eeckloo Rockweide in Torhout, Belgium, on 5 July 1996, as part of the Outside Tour.
This show, part of the Rock Torhout festival, was the 83rd date of the tour, which began on 14 September in Hartford, USA.
Bowie’s guitarist was Reeves Gabrels, and Mike Garson played piano and keyboards. Gail Ann Dorsey was on bass guitar, and Zack Alford played the drums.
Bowie returned to the Achiel Eeckloo Rockweide on 4 July 1997 during the Earthling Tour.
